By far some of the sharpest knives I’ve used. I tend to use the all purpose slicer and the paring knife the most, but the others are good too. The blades have developed water stains, don’t know if it’s due to the washing machine. It may not have the look or feel of a Henckel Cutlery Knife Set, but as far as function–cutting–it is great.
