this product is no joke. best $11 i ever spent, my bathtub is FIXED!!! Easy to use…love it
A real ripoff. The first time I used it, it got stuck in the drain and when I was able to eventually pull it out, it broke. Do not buy
The turbo snake will work for clogs that are above a curve in the pipe only. On my first use, the snake cleared out the surface hair, but wouldn’t navigate past the first curve in the pipe–essentially useless. Further, I believe they sell your contact information. The same day I received the turbo snake in the mail, I got a call from someone offering $200 worth of coupons and as part of the offer I would be enrolled in some program that would be free for the first 60 days. The woman on the phone specifically stated that I had recently purchased a turbo snake and quoted the last four digits of my credit card and home address. I’m angry and I’m calling my credit card company to stop payment.
I just used the turbo snake for the first time and the velcro end that’s supposed to pull out the clog is still in the drain. I guess now all the hair will be grabbed in that and really make a lasting clog. I will now have to get a plumber to take my drain apart and get the “thing” out. I called the company 888-647-0435. I was told ever so sweetly that they couldn’t do anything for me. This manufacturer does not stand behind their product.

so pretty much my bf got this for us when we moved i and the tub was clogged and always took ankle baths by the time we go t out yeah i like it but all it is is a wire with the velcro tape on the tip and thats all that it was it took at 10- 15 mins to get it unclogged but now it works some thing Drano could not do Drano sucks ass and does not work and was not going to spend money on that so i got the snake but after i got it i was like i could of just made that my self and spend 3 dollars on at in stead on 11 something with tax
