There are several things you should know before ordering Brite Teeth Pro free trial. 1) You have 10 days from ORDERING your kit to cancel your “membership” or they will charge you $93+ and send you another kit. This is supposed to allow for 5 days of delivery and 5 days of use. My kit arrived late on the 8th day. You MUST cancel on or before the 10th day.
    2) The kit is 2 pens that look like a highlighter marker, and the process is that you are to use the pen on your teeth 3 times a day after every meal. It seems that you must use this product daily on an ongoing basis to achieve the results that they advertise.
    3) One of my pens had leaked inside the box.
    4) The terms and conditions state that the customer service office is only open Mon-Fri. This is a narrow window to cancel – in my case it included 4 of the 10 days of the ” trial”. When I received my pen late on Saturday 7/25, I tried calling the customer service line to cancel. It did indicate that there were some operation hours on Saturdays but with the 3 hr. time difference, the package arrived after they were closed. I called on my 10th day (Monday) to cancel.

If this product were as good as advertised, I don’t think it would be necessary to bury the “membership” details in the terms and conditions in a link at the bottom of the page.

I did not have a chance to cancel because of a family illness in another state, I explained this but they would not refund not even a part of the charge which I think is extreamly high for what you get. one pen only lasted for two applications.I feel the fake “free trial” is a scam and should not be allowed. At least I learned a lesson—Never try these things again they will rip you off.

I called to cancel at 8 days. Was given an extension with the understanding that I would not be charged. I was charged on day 10. Have called twice now to cancel before my extension period ended and for a refund with no progress. I have reported the transactions as scam charged to my credit card company

WHAT A RIP_OFF!!! Luckily, I reported this scam to my bank immediately and they plan on pursueing Fraud charges.
I ordered my kit and got it on Friday 5-6 days later. On Sunday, this company had already charged my bank account $89.99. I called and they cancelled my account, which is what I wanted, but refused to refund the $89.99 and said it was for the next kit which it was too late to cancel…never received it!!!
Boy am I lucky that Wells Fargo know a fraud when they see it.
DON”T get sucked into this scam!

This trial from briteteethpro.com is the biggest pain (and scam) I’ve ever received. I would give this a zero if I could. I received trial on day 10 and cancelled same day. A few days later I checked my credit card statement and they had billed me $92 on the day I cancelled. After reading all these complaints I called and disputed the charge with my credit card company who said they have had numerous problems with this company. They told me to go ahead and return the trial since I hadn’t used it yet just to support my claim even more. I’m going to call the company on Monday(since they aren’t open on weekends) to see if they will refund me the charge, but I don’t have my hopes up. What a scam!

BRITE TEETH PRO IS A BLATANT SCAM!! They never sent an email even though they require it, misleading one to think there will be a notice of delivery forthcoming, but never comes. The shipment arrives near the end of the “14-day FREE trial period”. The ONLY way to cancel is via the 866-779-7568 phone, SO UNLESS YOU CALL WITHIN ABOUT 2 DAYS YOU WILL BE CHARGED $89, ON TOP OF THE S&H YOU ALREADY PAID!!! WHAT A CLEVERLY-ENGINEERED SCAM. I tried in exasperation to reach someone at the CT Attorney General’s office, going round in circles, never reaching anyone who could help or even cared. OBVIOUSLY CT IS FINE WITH ALLOWING THESE SCAMSTERS TO PROLIFERATE. — BEWARE OF BRITE TEETH PRO —

I just spent about an hour of my life trying to get my $92 back from this company. The whole thing is very shady, from the fake “article” about a mom who discovers how whiten her teeth for only a few dollars to the deeply buried “Terms and Conditions.” I am ashamed to say that I fell for this. They market this product with DentaWhite which is the one I got stuck paying for. I have decided to report this company to the Better Business Bureau and post this warning on every blog I can.

THIS COMPNAY IS A SCAM. THEY ALSO LIE TO THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY’S STAFF AS TO WHY THEY CHARGED YOUR ACCOUNT.

I fell into the “Dazzle White” scam. There are many stories on dazzlewhitescam.com. Mine is similar. I had seen the ad for Dazzle White on many websites and decided to try it (for just $1.95 shipping). I read NOTHING about having to cancel within a 10 day period. They charged my credit card $79.28. I called and cancelled and was told to mail the sample back. I did get a cancellation number, although I don’t know if it really means much. I mailed it back(with my comments in red marker). I insured the package and required delivery confirmation, which is what they requested. I’m STILL waiting for them to remove the charge from my credit card. My bank (Bank of America) said they (the bank) have to wait 30 days before they will remove it, which is fine with me as long as it gets done! WHAT A SCAM! Never again!!! (By the way, the credit card charge showed up as a company called “UltiFreshWell” – another one of the many names they use.)

I also got scammed! I am in australia and it is costing me even more with the conversion and I can’t ring them.
    SCAMMERS!!
My bank is going to see to this and try to get a reversal.
I am now too scared to use my card anywhere else.

I too feel for this scam. I am always very careful about reading the ‘fine print’, and saw nothing about recurring charges if I didn’t cancel in 10 days. After recieving my last credit card statement and finding the extra $88 charge, I called the # for the company 2csn that was with the charge. They then told me they are just the billing company and referred me to Pure Essentials. When I called Pure Essentials they told me what the fine print said. I then told them that my trial was unopened and that I would like to send it back to them for a refund and the lady told me that wasn’t an option, but I could cancel my ‘membership’. I told her not only did I want to cancel my ‘membership’, but that I also still wanted a refund for the $88. She then told me the best they could do was refund me $54 of the $88. After realizing that that was the best offer I was going to get I ended my call and called my credit card company. They told me to file a dispute and send the product back with proof of delivery. He actually was suprised that they offered to refund any of my money back. I still think the whole thing is ridiculous. If anyone is looking to contact Pure Essentials the number I was given by 2csn and got through on was 1-877-546-0535. The return mailing address is

Good luck to all of you who were suckered like me trying to get your money back. When I talked to my credit card company the guy told me they have been dealing with complaints from these people all through the summer.

I dont know , but I received my product on time and I did acutally read the website before I ordered.. I cancelled just fine and had no problems whatsoever. It seems to be working for me also. When I cancelled it was an easy transition. They did try to sell me more product but I did declined and havent had any other issues. It is way to expensive but if you cancel , you arent charged.Sounds like you all need to take some personal responsibilty for your actions. Anyone who’s anyone knows that all of these so called “free trials”are never “free”.. nothing’s free silly. So better luck for yall next time!

Just as everyone else has typed. This is a SCAM through and through. I called the day I saw it hit my credit card and was told it was past the cancellation date & I was paying for the next shipment.(Even though it wasn’t shipping for another 3 weeks; I didn’t get the product but did get billed)
I filed a challenge with my credit card company, which took over a month, and told me they could nothing for me.

DO NOT attempt to do business with these people. When I called to cancel, before the woman even greeted me, she read the disclaimer and canceling procedures verbatim from a script so I know they anticipate EVERYONE has been duped by their misleading and fraudulent ad.

    BEWARE!!!!

I too, for the first time in my life, took the free trial offer for the Very Brite kit and paid the .99cents. It stated in the website ad(which by the way, was on my local newspaper home page) that there were two products which had to be used consecutively. The 2nd product was also .99cents for a trial product. When I tried to order that, the website was not available. I simply stopped trying, thinking I would not bother(TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE). This morning, while reviewing my account statement I noted a $149.95 fee which had been charged to my checking account. Lo and behold this is from VB*celebteethelp.com and, of course, I cannot access that (says there’s a break in the link). I will now begin the dispute through my bank, and really hope this gets squared away…it’s the difference in my rent check clearing or not!!! I will never again order form any site(sorry for the legitamite ones). BUYER BEWARE!!!!
